Debbie Taylor Moore has been a trusted advisor and cybersecurity leader and consultant to the C-Suite for nearly 20 years. At IBM, she advises exec leadership and clients on emerging security tech, critical infrastructure protection, and operational resiliency at the intersection of hybrid/multi-cloud, AI, and edge environments.Debbie has collaborated with the U.S. Federal government on cybersecurity planning, frameworks, programs and technology implementation. She has worked extensively on U.S. Federal collaboration efforts with Israel, the EU and Ireland, and has consulted on both commercial and government security matters in more than 22 countries and 4 continents.
She has earned worldwide recognition for her work as an entrepreneur with cyber start-ups, and emerging tech in government, energy, health and financial verticals.Prior to consulting, she was a successful business leader at Microsoft, Verizon, Abbott Labs and Exxon Mobil.
Debbie is featured in a dedicated chapter of The Security Yearbook 2022 - A History of IT Security, by former Gartner VP of Research, Richard Stiennon, where she is recognized as a significant security industry pioneer and contributor.
Additionally, Debbie is a member of the Board of Directors of the Cyber AB, formerly known as, CMMC-AB (Cybersecurity Maturity Model & Certification) Accreditation Body. An independent board which supports risk management for the DoD, and the companies which comprise the Defense Industrial Base, (DIB).
