His prior roles at Nielsen include Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources; Senior VP, Global HR, GBS; SVP, Global HR, Media; and VP. Before joining Nielsen, Michael served as SVP of Human Resources and Communications for the Business Media division at VNU and COO at PERQ/HCI. Throughout his career he has been recognized for his level of integrity and the ability to find solutions to complicated issues.

At Baruch College, New York, Michael earned a BBA degree in Human Resources and Organizational Management and completed graduate courses in Human Resources Management and Business Policy. He also completed the Nielsen Global Leadership Program in Mumbai, India.
