Kia Slaebaek Jensen

Kia Slæbæk Jensen is the Danish Cyber and Hybrid Defense Advisor to the EU and has dedicated herself to the field of security throughout her career. With a M.Sc. in Security Risk Management, where she focused on the interaction between technology and security, she takes a risk-based approach to the field of cyber security. She has been working with EU cyber security cooperation and policy since 2018, first at the Danish Centre for Cyber Security and since in Bruxelles at the Danish Permanent Representation to the EU, where she has focused on negotiating legislation, operational cooperation and national implementation of EU policies. She has a deep knowledge of and experience with the EU cyber security ecosystem – in all its complexity.
