Eloïse Ryon is Senior Manager, Europe Digital Policy for Schneider Electric. She previously was the Chair of the Cybersecurity Task Force of Orgalim until January 2025 and is currently the Issue lead on the Cyber Resilience Act at Digital Europe. Her main areas of expertise are cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and data protection. She holds a joint degree from the University of Leicester and University of Strasbourg as well as degrees from the College of Europe and Sciences Po.
This session focuses ongoing efforts to clarify, align and harmonise the European Union’s cybersecurity regulatory landscape. It discusses challenges stemming from variations in Member States’ implementation and transposition of EU regulations and directives, such as the NIS 2 Directive, as well as the complexities of cross-border cooperation in cybersecurity.
