Ari Schwartz is Coordinator of the Cybersecurity Coalition and its parent organisation the Center for Cybersecurity Policy & Law. In this role, he leads a group of top cybersecurity companies dedicated to educating policymakers on cybersecurity issues and promoting a vibrant marketplace for cybersecurity technology solutions. Ari is also Managing Director of Cybersecurity Services for Venable, where he assists organisations with understanding and developing risk management strategies. Prior to joining Venable, Ari was a member of the White House National Security Council, where he served as special assistant to the president and senior director for cybersecurity. As director, Ari coordinated all network defense cybersecurity policy, including critical infrastructure protection, federal network protection, supply-chain efforts, cybersecurity standards promotion, and information sharing. Ari holds a degree from Brandeis University.
